Edith Pearlman wins the National Book Critics Circle Award in fiction for her book, Binocular Vision, published by Lookout Books, a literary imprint of the Department of Creative Writing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (my alma mater!).

Kudos to all at Lookout Books and warmest congratulations to Edith Pearlman who has crafted a remarkable collection of short stories.
